* BE SURE THAT YOU ENTERED THE DATA CORRECTLY, 95% OF “NO RECORD FOUND” CAN BE
ATTRIBUTED TO DATA ENTRY ERRORS.

THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENTER THE DATA CORRECTLY.

THE OTHER 5% MEANS JUST WHAT IT SAYS... "NO RECORDS FOUND"

YOU WILL BE CHARGED...
for either reason...

DO NOT send email asking where your data is... Once your request is received it will be processed. Unfortunately like everything else that is computer generated, automated or electronically transferred, there is the always the possibility for “Glitches”. So be patient if this happens. Your data will be processed and delivered promptly, once we are notified of the request. There is an emergency contact number for an emergency response.

  If it was returned to you "no record found", then that means you either entered the data incorrectly or there was "no record". Triple check your entry and if it was entered correctly and you believe that there is available data, then politely ask via email whether other assistance is available. A Representative can take your request and review the circumstances and assist you in resolving the situation.
